Congratulations if you don’t get caught offside…Morata to re-sign with ATM until June 2027

Alvaro Morata is close to signing a new contract with Atletico Madrid.

European transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano announced on social media on Monday (August 8) that “Morata will sign a new contract with Atletico soon. Until June 2027. Morata has decided to stay after consulting with the Atletico board and coach Diego Simeone.”

Atletico traveled to South Korea this summer and provided the Korean fans with a quality match. They participated in the ‘Coupang Play Series’ and played two matches. The first match was against Team K League. In the first half of the game, they showed their quality and dominated Team K-League, but they faltered in the second half and lost 2-3.

The match against Manchester City was reminiscent of the UEFA Champions League (UCL) final. Cesar Aspilicueta and Jack Grealish started the game off with a nervy battle. The game was intense, with both teams trading attacks. City went on the offensive and Atletico defended well. The game was settled in the second half when Memphis Depay and Yannick Carrasco, who came on in the second half, scored goals. Despite conceding a late goal to Hubeng Dias, the team held on to win 2-1.

In the ‘Coupang Playoff Series’, Morata performed at a high level. His link-up play with his teammates kept the opposing defense at bay. Against Team K-League, Morata rattled the net three times, but all of them were ruled out due to offside. However, he still managed to create some threatening moments and showed good offense.

Morata came up through the Real Madrid youth ranks and played professionally for Real. With Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo anchoring the attack, he was mostly a substitute at Real. Eventually, he moved to Juventus. But things weren’t much different at Juventus. I spent a lot of time coming on as a substitute and didn’t really find a place. Still, his UCL experience at Real helped him excel in the UCL.

He returned to Real in 2016-17 and had a career-high season, scoring 15 league goals. Still a substitute, Morata wanted a regular spot in the starting lineup, so he donned a Chelsea shirt with the number 9 on it. Chelsea fans were hoping to break the number 9 curse. Hernan Crespo, Fernando Torres, and many others have worn the number 9 shirt at Chelsea and never performed as well as they once did.

Morata was also unable to overcome the curse of the Chelsea number 9 and had to leave the team. He spent time on loan at Atletico, again at Juventus, and then played for Atletico last season. It was a moderately successful season. He scored 13 goals in the league without conceding a penalty. He was second on the team in goals behind Antoine Griezmann. Morata’s performance helped Atletico finish the season in third place in the league, cementing their place in La Liga’s top three. 메이저사이트

Morata has been linked to a number of clubs this summer. AS Roma, Inter Milan, AC Milan, and Saudi Arabia were all linked with a move, but Morata chose to stay. Sime
